Flintlock Series — Lead Feature
The Lady Flintlock stories are part of the Flintlock series published by Time Bomb Comics, where I served as penciler and inker for the lead feature across multiple issues. The series is set within a shared universe of interconnected stories centered on adventure, mystery, and supernatural elements.
Lady Flintlock follows a strong, character-driven narrative rooted in action and suspense. My work on the series focused on translating the script into clear and engaging visual storytelling, emphasizing pacing, composition, and character performance. Each page required careful consideration of how to guide the reader through the narrative while maintaining a sense of tension and momentum.
Because the series is part of a larger shared world, the project also required visual consistency with the tone and style of the publication while still allowing space for expressive character work and dynamic staging. Through panel composition, gesture, and lighting, I worked to reinforce the mood and narrative clarity of each scene.
This project reflects my ongoing interest in serialized storytelling and the role of visual language in maintaining narrative continuity across multiple issues. It also highlights the collaborative nature of comics, where the artist works closely with writers and editors to bring a cohesive story to life.
